Cheyenne with baby Crosby

Meet Cheyenne

I'm Cheyenne, a local North County mom to Crosby, certified personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and dietitian.

I created Coastal Mom Movement because I couldn't find a space where I could move at my own pace postpartum while still being with my son. I wanted something that felt good, supportive, and realistic for this season of life.

This is a space for moms to move, bond with their babies, and connect with other women going through the same thing.
